A WILA psychotherapist will help your family explore your unique history and identify troublesome family dynamics. Siblings or parent and child dyads are welcome. All participants must be ages 18+.
Group therapy aims to reduce isolation and increase relatedness by bringing together individuals struggling with similar issues. Helping others is a powerful way to heal the self. WILA’s groups change depending on the needs of our patients. Check out our current groups: APP, ECP, and SRP.
